Welcome to the Temple of Prajna.

Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Sound and Art are what we offer. We can serve you in a variety of ways from retreats, local classes, corporate trainings and collaborations. Our owner and founder has training Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga, Yin yoga and photography. 

Through extensive traditional yoga training we offer the practices of Yin, Pranayama, meditation and conscious vinyasa to minimise the activation of our minds and to create a whole lot of peace within.

We cater for all levels of experience from total beginners to more experienced yogis. We offer personal attention and guidance from day one to all clients making ourselves available at anytime to make sure you are getting the most from your time, for example, catering to those with injuries and the use of props to assist during class for extra support. Whether you are a total beginner or more experienced we provide an opportunity to regroup and regain your balance and energy. Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. 

Calm Your Mind

Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
